Hand X Band™ Warranty: We (Innovative X-Bandsions, LLC) warrants that your Hand X Band™ is free of defects in materials and workmanship and will, at its option, replace any defective Hand X Band™ that is returned to us. This warranty runs for one month from the original date of purchase, and is valid only in accordance with the conditions set forth below:

1. This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable. In addition, proof of purchase must be demonstrated. This warranty is void if the product has been subject to accident, abuse, negligence, improper maintenance or unauthorized modification, or use in a manner contrary to the instructions.
2. This limited warranty is the only written or express warranty given by the warrantor.
3. Replacement of the product is the exclusive remedy of the consumer under this warranty. The warrantor shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of this warranty.
4. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Procedure for Warranty Replacement If warranty service is necessary, the original purchaser must go to www.handxband.com/contactus to contact the warrantor’s customer service center and obtain a return authorization number. The purchaser must then pack the Hand X Band™ securely and send it postage paid with a description of the defect, how the defect occurred, schedule of use, proof of purchase, and a check or money order for $3.45 to cover return postage and handling, to the following address: Hand X Band™ Returns, RMA #___________, P.O. Box 3012, Exton, PA 19341.
